2. Conditions
2.1 Aceptación
This Legal Notice regulates access to the website www.lebasqueteam.com of LE BASQUE (hereinafter, the “Website”) and the use of the content and services made available to Users who access the Website (hereinafter, the “Users”).
The use of the Website by Users implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions included in the Legal Notice that is in effect at each access to the Website. 3. Force Majeure
Notwithstanding the above, LE BASQUE will not be liable for delays or failures that occur in accessing, functioning, and operability of the Website, its Content, and/or Services, nor for interruptions, suspensions, or malfunctions of the Website that originate from breakdowns caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning, or fires, security breaches or cybersecurity incidents, force majeure situations, or extreme emergency situations such as wars, military operations, civil disturbances, strikes, employer lockouts, or any other force majeure or unforeseen event.
4. Indemnity
Users expressly agree to indemnify LE BASQUE, its group companies, employees, directors, agents, and other affected parties for damages and losses (including attorney fees, court costs, and legal expenses) arising from the Users’ non-compliance with these general conditions and any applicable specific conditions, as well as to cooperate with LE BASQUE in defending its interests if any claim is made or any judicial or administrative proceedings are initiated due to such non-compliance. Furthermore, Users are obligated to make their best efforts to prevent or, if applicable, mitigate any harmful or detrimental effects that may arise for LE BASQUE as a result.
LE BASQUE will not be responsible for… (i) indirect and consequential damages or ii) business losses (including lost profits, income, contracts, expected savings, data loss, goodwill, or unnecessary expenses incurred) that result directly or indirectly from the Users’ access to the Website.
5. Security Warning
